I had a hard time getting it to start when I first took it out of the box. It turns out that this model had a low oil level disconnect. After fixing that, I had no other issues.

I purchased this generator last week and find it very easy to use. Being older, I am not as strong as I once was and the click to start feature has been wonderful. Great machine!

awesome generator! well built with plenty of charging options. even came with a battery charger so its always ready to go. electric , remote and manual starting

This generator is very well built and functions as advertised. My only complaint is it is VERY loud. I don't know how I will be able to run this through the night when we are having rolling blackouts with out totally upsetting the neighbors.

We've had the generator for a month now, thus far it works well and my only concern is the rust on the wheels, (though there has been heavy rainfall lately).

Looks to be be a great looking / solid generator. Haven't used it yet but a review is requried to receive the free all weather cover. Will come back to supplement in a few months with actual performance.

Instructions were clear and quick start guide was User friendly. A lot of great features. Easy to maneuver and perfect for power outages for large families.

Received it as promised, well packaged and no damage. Connected generator to my NG line and started after 4 tries. Good quality product and ready to use during power outage.

Great start up instructions in the manual! Love the push button start and remote start an all around great generator. Very happy I went with Westinghouse!

I bought this about a month ago and am just now getting it in service. The WGen9500 is perfect for what I need and is very easy to use I am very happy with it.
