Bought November 28, 2025, haven't had the opportunity to use other than to crank it up once. Plan on powering it up once a month if it hadn't been used in emergency situations.

I purchased the generator during the severe Nor'easter when we lost power for several days. The generator was a life saver. It is easy to start and it ran great. I am very pleased with the product

have not used it yet, wish we would have known it needs a special tent to put outside while snowing, etc...but great price compared to others in store for what it does

i brought this generator 3months ago for the ice storm it run good just wish wasnt so loud may they can make the where they be not so loud because the hold neighood could hear it

Bought this for the ice storm in middle TN. Performed flawlessly during the power outage I've experienced. Would recommend for a home backup generator!

Was easy to set up and get running, instructions are good. We fortunately have not needed to use it for a power outage yet, but the push button start and remote start options are great!

I bought this a month ago. Have only used once so far. Assembly was super easy and everything worked as it should. I am extremely happy with all the features and ease of use. We bought as a backup generator for our home. Great product so far.

Like quality of generator, have not used yet but will update review after using it. Talk with someone that has one and was it in action. Believe I'll be happy with it.
