Item came in timely fashion and works great. Only complaint is that one of the top bars was dented upon delivery. For the money you expect perfection.

Purchased last week. Setup was quick and easy, Tested with load to ensure capacity to completely power home. I will continue installation with Smart Switch and house wiring to ensure automatic switch-over in event of power outage

I order this generator and it was never delivered. I bought it at the current sale price and now I'm very dissapoint that Sam's can't honor this product.

Easy setup. Just put it together add fuel and the oil that comes with it, turn the gas on, plug the battery wires together and push a button.....SWEET

While we haven't lost power since purchasing, the unit is easy to start, even my senior mom can start w the included remote starter. It will provide more than enough juice for our 3 bedroom home. Plus, it looks great!

I just bought this after the terrible hurricane that came through Florida and Georgia. I was using a 8,000 amp generator and it was not strong enough, so I ordered this Westinghouse! It was easy to set up and cranked on the first start on propane!
