Bought this a month ago and haven't had a need to run it for anything of time so far. That's a good thing and hoping the rest of the '25 hurricane season leaves it that way. Wanted to be prepared though just in case. Was attracted by the output capacity and the tri-fuel option for the price, and the great reviews for it online. Makes it a great option for us given we have nat. gas supplied to the house. Need to run it a few more times to get it through the break-in period.

Purchased a week ago in anticipation of hurricane season. Tried it out on gasoline, LP tank, and home natural gas to verify correct operation, performed perfectly with no issues. Verified all electrical outlets were operating correctly. Not horrifically loud, but it is a generator. Vibrated less than anticipated, quite smooth. Responded immediately and appropriately to the experimental loads placed on it at each electrical port. Heavy.

I had previously purchased a generator from a local box store when a hurricane was predicted. It served the purpose, and it was the only one they had left. At the time, I wished I had bought one that could run on propane. After a few uses over the course of two years, I had an issue with fuel leaking, my fault I'm sure for improperly storing it. I made up my mind I would purchase a propane generator. Found an incredible deal on this one, arrived quickly, easy assembly, and started up right away. I like the remote start feature, and the fact I can still use gasoline if need be. Seems to be very sturdy construction. Great features like the CO sensor for safety. I haven't had the chance to use it yet real world, but feel confident this will get the job done.

Received just a few days ago. Excellent packaging with everything included; clear instruction manual, exact amount of motor oil, funnel(!), small wrench to install feet and wheels, battery trickle charger, quick connect propane hose, remote start key fob. Started easy, runs well, easy access to outlets, rolls around easily. Couldn't be happier!

I bought the Westinghouse Tri-Fuel WGen9500TFc. Assembly is easy. Operation instructions are very clear. I started it with propane and it runs fine, added some loads with no problems. The built in handle makes moving it around pretty easy. I am very satisfied with this generator.

Purchased specifically for outages during a hurricane. The size and weight allow me to store in a two car garage, with 2 cars; move it outdoors easily when needed, and provide sufficient power in our 2000 sq. ft. single story living area. We are planning on using gasoline this season and changing to natural gas in the future.

So I brought this generator 6 months ago in the "offseason". Finally got around to get an electrician to come and do the necessary electrical work so that we can test out this generator. It was easy to start and had enough power to support our needs in the case of power outages that we tend to get here in South Florida. Leaving a 4-star good review for now and will come later to adjust my review once we have had enough run with this generator.

Bought this unit as I've owned a smaller 30A Westinghouse and decided to upgrade to a larger unit with natural gas capabilities. Love the remote start option and ability to also use propane. Worked well in the last hurricane when we lost power for close to a week. Ran like a gem for everything except my downstairs ac unit.

This thing is massive, sturdy, robust, solid, and feels like it will last forever. It took about 20 minutes to read the quick-start sheet, assemble the feet and wheels, and add the oil. After a trip to the store for a new jerry-can and a few gallons of gas and some fuel stabilizer, the generator started itself up at the press of a button (after I remembered to open the fuel valve, a step which is helpfully written on the top of the unit). I am planning to get a semi-permanent hook-up to the house propane tank but for now I've tested it on gasoline and it's loud, but powered a few large work lights without any trouble.
