Bought this proactively for the coming hurricane season. No more worries about living days Or weeks without power in 100 degree weather. This unit is large enough to run my central air conditioner and refrigerator and TV all at the same time! Peace of mind- we’ll be the envy of the neighborhood if it happens to us again .

This is the first portable generator I have owned. Setting it up was easy and it ran the second time I tried. The first time it didn't run because I didn't know how to use the choke properly. It's loud but I'm looking forward to staying in my home during the next extended power outage rather than having to scramble to find a hotel room.

Pleased with this generator - started right up out of the box, no problems. Very little to put together/connect. Tons of features, remote start is a fantastic feature for cold nights! Not looking forward to snow storms or hurricanes, however, feel prepared and confident with Westinghouse quality.

Purchased after buying a similar nationally recognized unit through a big box store. Other brand would not start. Called tech support and they basically read the owners manual and then told me to take it to a service dealer, who told me it was a poorly made unit and to return it. Westinghouse unit showed up within 5 days, required 50% less assembly and started up first try. While I purchased it for power outages and have not used it for that yet, I powered some items with it and it worked as advertised.

We bought this Generator because we knew that it's better to 'stay ready than having to get ready" in cast of power outage. I read the instructions and was able to operate the Generator. This generator ran our whole modest home!!! THIS WAS A EXCELLENT GENERATOR AND I RECOMMEND IT!

After my family experienced the ice storm in Victoria, TX last year, I knew I had to do better. Having a wife and three young children, I felt helpless with no water well pump, internet, septic, plugs, switches, or any type of cooking appliances available. My brother and I installed a 30A transfer plug to my panel recently. After days of researching, I decided on this generator because of all the reviews stating to buy bigger than what is needed, for a buffer. I am glad I have that comfort zone. I received it today, assembled it in 10 mins, filled with oil and gas, and pushed the start button, it started right away. I let it run for about an hour and stopped it with key fob. So far so good, very satisfied so far. I will update.

Great generator, bought about a month ago. Easy setup, generator has electric start and key fob. Its easy for my wife to start and operate. The generator powers our whole hose with well, electric hot water heater, pellet stove, furnace and more. Would recommend

After going without power due to wildfire danger, my wife and I decided it was time to buy some power of our own. After doing many hours of research we decided the Westinghouse 9500 watt generator was our best choice. So glad we did! It arrived very well packaged, and assembly was a breeze. Bought a WGen9500TFc after going a week without electricity after Hurricane Helene. Install all the necessary equipment to be able to direct hookup to house we had a power outage this weekend and everything work exactly as expected. Very nice unit enjoyed the auto start feature.

We got the Wgen9500, gas powered with electric start. It arrived quickly and runs great. We're feeling much less anxious about, and more prepared for the next storm now that we've got 9500 watts. We were without power for a week last time. Having this Wgen9500 is definitely a comfort.
