We bought this generator to ensure we would have power available during winter storms. Couldn't be happier with this gen, it was easy to set up and we like that we can run it with natural gas, propane, or gas. The remote start is also a nice feature.

I just received my generator and so have not used it very much , but am thrilled with everything about it . Love the 3 fuel options plus the electric start as I will not need to struggle any longer trying to "pull start" one. I believe it will be a wonderful purchase for me and look forward to many years of use. Thank you for the product !

I bought this generator and was very happy I did. The value and features are the best I seen in a generator of this size. It has the power to run every thing in my house. Very easy to setup and run. I can take it to the job site and am confident that I will have all the power I will ever need. With the 6+ gallon fuel tank I don't worry about stopping to refuel. One of the best features is that it has two GFI outputs. I don't think you can go wrong with the WGen9500.

Bought the generator last month and it arrived as scheduled and was in perfect condition. Easy to assemble the few parts. Read through the excellent manual and it fired up on the first push of the starter. Everything works perfectly. It seems to be a high quality machine. I would heartily recomment it.

Recieved my Wgen9500 generator today. assembly instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The quality exceeded what I was expecting. Start up was simple and fast. Haven't put it under a full load as of yet but have no doubts to what the performance will be. Glad I checked all brands before buying and deciding to buy the Wgen 9500. Very happy customer.

Bought this product for a home back generator. Extremely easy to put together and started up immediately on propane. Have done the break in which was easy and its now being stored in my garage. Bought the 9500 tri-fuel series in hopes of having continuous fuel for power outages. All electrical work completed to back feed the entire house safely.

After researching portable generators for quite some time and suffering through frequent power outages (a 6 day one last fall) we finally bought the WGen9500. It's a beast and everything the other reviews say it is. It will soon be wired into a manual transfer switch. Neighbors already came to see it and realized that doing this in the fashion we are, is a lot more cost effective than the large automatic ones that can cost 5K. I'll be building a sound reducing enclosure for it before the winter. Glad we finally have it!

I bought this a month ago and it is already leaking oil badly... I try to buy the same brand generators for my company, but after this experience, I may be looking for a new brand.... the only thing that may save Westinghouse's reputation with me is how they handle the warranty on this thing. fingers crossed they help me out.

This is an excellent product. Well built, good looking, easy to unbox and get up and running. The documentation is outstanding. Easy to read and comprehend and it contains all the technical specifications and itemized parts list. Its a very quite running unit.

We have natural gas at our house already. When there is a disaster/ weather event it is easier to plug up to the natural gas line with a quick connector than to deal with gas spills, fumes and lines at the pump. I’ve had it started several times and it runs great, but I have hot used it for an emergency yet. It has run great thus far. Have your location planned out and leveled, as close to the main electrical box if you plan to interlock into your circuit breaker box . The delivery guys were great, and put it exactly where I was hoping. It’s heavy but manageable with the handle and big wheels. The install was easy. Use your own tools, although the ones they had looked adequate. I finished by myself within two hours, using wood pieces to elevate the frame when needed. Seriously, I spent much more time converting my gas line fittings to 1/2 inch ( to handle the needed flow) or setting up the interlock than I did setting up this beast of a machine.
