After reviewing many portable generators in this size range for price, performance, features, warranty and reliability I chose the WGen9500 because it met or exceeded other generators in this range. It arrived exactly when scheduled and the delivery driver was fantastic. I was able to unbox it and install the feet and wheels in just a few minutes. Though the battery need to be charged, I was able to start it manually on the first pull.

Purchased this generator for storm season. Never had a generator before but was thrilled it is so easy to use. Really love the remote start. The visible fuel gauge is so very handy too. All I did was put oil and fuel in it and it cranked right up. Well worth the reasonable price.

I purchased in Oct. 2022 and have had 3 opportunity to use and it performed as hoped each time. Set the choke, hit the start button 3 times and its running and supply's my entire house and unattached garage. It is set outside with temps to -7 below zero. I do have a battery maintainer attached

I bought this recently as a power backup for our home and to use at our cabin. The unit arrived in a timely manner, was packaged very well and the instruction manual was easy to follow. The unit required very little assembly and we had it running in no time. I like the electric smart start feature and the 50amp outlet option.

I am very pleased with this generator because of (1) price, (2) features, and most importantly (3) It was connected to the home panel box by a contractor which operates the house A/C unit and the remaining essentials due to the amount of running watts.

Received this unit a.m. of August 29th. Late that afternoon wind and thunderstorms knocked power out. Wife and I uncreated, assembled, added oil, and gas. Started and ran perfectly. We used it for 10 hours before power came back on. Had electrician install 50 amp receptacle. Very pleased with unit. Sure it’ll get much more use.

I am really surprised at the build quality and features this unit has. I assembled the wheels and front feet , added the supplied oil, added some fuel, connected the battery wires, and opened fuel line, pressed the start button and she started right up. Even has a remote start FOB. Great value and piece of mind. Will be buying external box to plug in for whole house use

Great little generator. Easy to put together. One small problem. No quick disconnect fitting on natural gas hose. Had to order fittings from local plumbing supply house. Once I had fittings to adapt hose to my existing natural gas line starting up right away. Works good so far.

Looked over many generators. This has great reviews (YouTube) for a reason. Would be 5 stars, but Evap canister fell of mount during shipping, and box had oil seepage..not a deal breaker, but box was soggy and falling apart. We shall see 3 year warranty!!

I bought this because I was losing power so often and for more than a day at a time. We lost power the week after we got it and it powered our entire house, WITH AC, for 2 days. Thats Refrigerator, A/c, lights and furnace for hot water. Never bogged down, I just had to fill with gas. Really easy to start, has the push button Fob as well. Really happy!
