I now have bought two of these generators. Have one for the house and for my pole barn.Really like that most of what you need is in the box.The propane connection and natural gas connection are included! To test them I used the 20lb propane tank and they start with ease. Also battery tender is also included as is the Oil and funnel! This is really a very nice package. Thx Westinghouse.

Remote start and automatic choke are great features. I can setup for a touchless startup: 1) place WGEN9500 in set outdoor position, and plug in 50amp cable connecting unit to house, 2) prep/switchover circuits at electrical power, 3) startup remotely & wait 2 minutes, 4) switch on select house circuits. Looking for a 20 year life!

We bought this for hurricane season in case of power outages or for friends visiting with RV's. It generates plenty of electricity to provide power to everything we want and then some. The electric start and the ability to turn it on and off remotely is great. The only downside I've seen so far are the cheap bearing used in the wheels. The bearing cover/seal on one of the wheels was off and laying in the box when I opened it. I snapped it back in place but don't have much hope of it staying that way because it doesn't snap in tightly.

This item has been a lifesaver. When I have lost power at my house due to all the storms that roll through the Panhandle I do not have to worry about not having the power to some to the day-to-day items when we have to ride out a storm. I am so glad I bought it. If anyone is thinking about getting this item you need to buy it you will not regret it.

Arrived at time stated. Well packaged. Very easy to install the wheels. They thought of everything. A removable screen in the fuel filler. Filler cap has a security chain so it is not misplaced. Metal fuel tank. Even if you will not expose it to harsh conditions; covers over the outlets are important. Wheel hardware quality and fit is excellent. Included oil bottle with exactly the correct amount to fill the engine ( 1.16 qt. ! ) and funnel. The instruction manual is well written. Contains exploded view of product, part number list and wiring schematic. .

The generator is exactly what my family needed. Within the first week of having it, we lost power for 8 hours. We ran our furnace and some lights, even had our internet and TV hooked up and watched a movie. It's easy to transport and store. I'll be recommending this generator to friends and family

I purchased this product based on the Westinghouse reputation and review's I read online. Followed the direction and that's it. Easy assembly of the wheels and support pads. Battery was totally charged and it started right up. The LED meter is a bit tuff to read in bright sunlight but once you shade it with your hand it is fine. Amazingly quieter than I had expected. All voltages spot on.

I bought this generator in early September to operate my 5th wheel trailer. It has been doing a great job. We run the generator approximately 24 hours a day for two weeks following Hurricane Laura. The generator did well at running the majority of my electrical circuits. I run two A/C units (13.5amp & 15amp units) during the day and one overnight with no issues.

I Purchased this Mid-Size Generator as we Live in the Sam Houston National Forest, and we have a lot of Frequent power Outages, Originally I was going to get a stationary model and I am glad I did the Research and changed our mind, Our new home is Natural Gas, So we decided to go with a mid-size and still be able to Run our Entire New Barndominium, & my mancave which has my hobbies/crafts projects. I just Love all of the Features with the Electric & Remote & Pull Start. Our New Home is Pretty much OFF Grid.

I bought this generator sight unseen and it sat in my cold garage for over a month before I opened the box up and tried it out. 'Started right up and it's easier to move than I thought and now I'm all set for whatever New England weather throws at me!
