started right up hopefully will do the same when its 20 degrees out and snowing and blowing. was not happy with 1st start as it would not make any electric. after looking alittle closer found that it had a wire cut under the cover on the generator side as it had been pushed in to far and was cut off by the generater turning. all was fine after repairing cut wire .seems to be working fine now hopefully it stays that way.

Delivery was a breeze and even arrived earlier than expected. The setup was straight forward by following the manual. The manual is complete and easy to understand. I stated the unit using a 20# cylinder of LP gas. I also stated it on natural gas without any issues. I do not plan on using gasoline unless I have to. This was a prime selling point for my purchase. I know I will be using this sometime this spring.

I did a lot of research before purchasing the WGen9500. For the price and the power you get out of this machine, there was no question in my mind which generator I would buy. So far I have finished all the preoperational steps and am now ready to gas it up. What I can say so far is that when following the instructions, there are a couple things that were different for my machine than what came with the instructions. Example, It tells you to connect the negative cable to the housing of the alternator. There is an empty screw hole here, but the cable is not long enough and was already connected as part of a wire bundle elsewhere. Also when shipped, it takes just over the amount of oil they ship it with. I was checking frequently to ensure I didn't over flow, but it would have been nice to know how much oil to expect to put in. I'm still very happy with my purchase and would absolutely purchase again. This being said, I have yet to use it so I reserve some judgement until I see it run. From everything I have seen to date, I would be surprised if it doesn't run extremely well.

We just got our new generator this week and are really impressed with it! It’s controls are easy to understand and outlets are clearly marked and I really like that they have covers over each type of outlet. Fuel select is easy to operate and I love the flexibility of the unit. We also are very impressed with the quality of the unit!

This generator is simply awesome had everything needed including the battery and remote start fob. Very easy to assemble. Hooked it up to natural gas. The unit started right away and runs smoothly. Would highly recommend instead of spending thousands more.

I bought this a month ago and it is already leaking oil badly... I try to buy the same brand generators for my company, but after this experience, I may be looking for a new brand.... the only thing that may save Westinghouse's reputation with me is how they handle the warranty on this thing. fingers crossed they help me out.

What a great product arrived flawless added fuel and oil hit the switch and was running in 3 seconds .Total assembley wheels and feet was 5 minutes ,Pluged into my transfer switch with the 50 amp power outlet and the machine was more than capable to run the whole house even the central air ! Lots of great features the remote start is way cool along with the data center the fuel gauge is a little hard to understand .

I bought this to replace my current generator. The push start remote control is amazing. Considering the size it’s not that loud. Great run time. Large fuel tank. Directions for use and set up are posted on the generator. Comes with everything needed to set up and run(minus fuel). Really happy with purchase

While I have not used it for generating VAC, I have fired it up without problem. I am VERY happy how robust and durable it is. This thing looks like exactly what I need to run my stuff (4 bedroom home) during a power outage. I am very happy with the quality - Westinghouse did a great job in the design and manufacturing.

I am in love at first sight. 3 fuels. It is not quiet and it is a workhorse. I wish the display would show you current loads for the device or if there was a add on to have a more interactive display, I would buy it. The starter worked great. The remote starter is just what the doctor ordered during a Nor Easter.
