Bought this during an ice storm in January 2026 in Mississippi when the power went out. Power is still out 7 days later and this is working like a charm to help keep my family warm.

This item came packeged and secured to a pallet. assembly was easy, instructions are legible on the unit and in the manual. After assembly we test ran the unit with no issues. all is good.

I just unpacked the generator and the quality seems excellent. very minor assembly required. pretty much just the wheels and stabilizer. took 15 mins. and they included the wrench. they included the oil and funnel to be used to break-in generator.

Easy to set up, never had a Generator before and we had been out of power for over 15 hours so really needed this. Was able to plug in Freezer and Refrigerator/Freezer and small heater to keep us warm. So glad we purchased this item!!!!

I purchased the WGen9500TFc and was impressed how easy it was to start and how consistent the voltage output is. I could not be happier and should have purchased this long ago. Will also come in handy with the camper!

I bought this last week. Love the push-button start. It fired up on the first try. I have used it a couple of times with some portable power tools and have been pleased with the results.

I just received my generator. Installed the wheels and feet, used provided funnel and oil, plugged in the battery and added fuel. Pressed start on the remote and it fired right. Zero complaints so far.
