We did not open the generator for several months after we bought it until we actually needed it. We had a small broken piece on the propane quick connect. Support answered the phone right away and was exceptionally helpful!! We are very pleased with our generator thus far!

Ordered the generator and got it in a couple days. Seems to be built well. It was easy to assemble and runs great. Only reason for 3 stars is that it was supposed to have a bonus cover that you get for writing a review. I was informed that it is not available. Very disappointed that I cant get it.

I bought this generator because of all the features. The main ones being tri-fuel and electric start. I've owned it for 4 months and today was the first day of testing... my power went off during thunderstorms. I quickly connected my propane tank, connected the battery, pushed a button and it cranked right up. Plugged up power cords and the generator saved the day. So far, my only complaint is the generator is very loud running.

I bought this Generator to help protect my house and keep it running after Hurricane and/or power outages. It is the 9500 and I can run most everything in my house during an outage. It can be started remotely, electronically or by pulling the cord. I have everything set up and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. To my surprise it came with tools and oil to get me started. Not many do this any longer.

This generator is simply awesome had everything needed including the battery and remote start fob. Very easy to assemble. Hooked it up to natural gas. The unit started right away and runs smoothly. Would highly recommend instead of spending thousands more.

We purchased this generator as Insurance against severe storms and losing our power! We live in Northern WI and snow storms and wind can cause power outages. 2 summers ago we lost power for 8 hours and it’s hard to keep everything cold in summer and house warm in winter

Bought this generator on the advice of the electrician we hired to install the 50 amp plug that connects generator to house panel. Have not had a power outage yet but tested unit and connection to house and everything worked great! Very pleased with the unit!

Just purchased product and I was very impressed in how fast I received it. The unit itself is very impressive with great features like auto start and fuel gauge which our last one didn’t have. The manual it came with is great. Completed start up and tested the generator and it runs great. Very happy with purchase..

Just received my WGen9500 wheels super easy to install. Mounting feet easy to i stall also. Iam missing the Fob so called and waiting for a call back now. Im excited to have this Generator knowing i have back up power now since i live on the water on the west coast of Florida. Also a feeling of relief know its here for that just incase moment. Haven't started it yet waiting on my fob.

Bought this about a month ago with the intentions of using it primarily for backup power supply. I would have left 5stars but have not had the chance to use it. This item has all the features and capabilities that I was looking for in a generator at this price.
