This generator came packaged nicely which kept it safe during delivery. This was very simple to put together with very minimal assembly. The generator came with very clear instructions and a manual. I am impressed with all the features this generator has. It has a very sharp look to it, not that it matters, but definitely worth noting. I followed the directions and it started up right away. I am very happy with this purchase!

Based on our current use we would (and have) recommended this generator to friends. It is (so far) very solid and meets our current needs. We will provide an update to the review after our power is restored and the first real use of the generator is complete.

I bought this generator through amazon Oct, of 2020. Was only used when power to our house would go out, so I have less than 20 hours on it. Generator started running bad found the inside carb stud was broken in half with the threaded part still in the head. Called Westinghouseabout the 3 year warranty wont cover the work. My opinion bad workmanship por quality of parts.

I’m surprised with the amount of items included with the generator. Trickle charger was a major plus since generator will be used on power outages. I’m glad I don’t have to go around buying a battery, wheel kit, hour meter, trickle charger. Definitely the biggest bang for your buck.

My family was out of power for 11 days due to Hurricane Helene. We did get some relief with a 3500 watt generator but it was clear we needed bigger. After things settled down I bought the WGen9500TFc and ran a 6/3 wire to my panel box so I can plug in and power my entire house. Highly recommend this product due to reliability so far and ease of use.

There was very little to do to set it up - the instructions were easy to follow. Took it outdoors & it started up the first time. I'm quite pleased because we've had a couple of power outages in the past 2 months & this will allow us to stay in our home & be warm.

This is a really nice versatile generator with enough power to run a good chunk of the house and 3 fuels to choose from. Easy to assembly and start. Great alternative to full house standby generator that allow a bit more convenience for 10x the price.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and added oil, it started up first try. Used the remote feature and it worked as expected. Have not used it yet for house back up or to run tools but I'm certain it will work the way its supposed too. Checked out and have owned several generators in the past as my business requires plenty of generator use, hoping this toes the line.

I received this earlier this week and was able to unbox it and get it set up and tested today. Everything was included as promised including the wheel kit and oil. It started right up and ran perfectly. I bought this to run my deep Edwards well and our pressure pump and tested it out this afternoon and everything worked fine. I kicked myself for not being prepared for our recent outages but I am ready for next time.

I bought this generator in May because I didn't want to be caught in a power outage this hurricane season. Sure enough Beryl came through and I was well prepared for it. This generator powered two refrigerators, one chest freezer, and two portable a/c units with no problem. And it is quieter than I expected.
