I was very impressed with the quality of this machine and the attention to detail. I was thinking of replacing the wheels to eliminate some vibration but after looking at the wheels provided they are not "hard" plastic but have some flexibility to them which would be similar to run flat tires that I was considering as replacements. This machine has all the features that one would find in a stationary back up generator and once the current need for portable power has passed I intend to set it up as my sole back up generator. The dual fuel eliminates the concern for long periods of storage which has always been a concern. No time on the machine as of yet but I expect it to perform well based on the quality of the machine and other comments posted.

Purchased to feel assured in the event of a power outage, and upon starting it for the first time it was clear I made the right choice. This generator is a beast. The electronic remote start is great, and the trifuel options make me feel confident I will be able use it in any scenario.

I purchased this generator after lots of research. I had to wait almost 3 months, after I got the cables and plugins installed to use it on my house, for a power outage. We had power out after a 60 mile an hour wind storm, and it performed beautifully. I am so impressed with how it is so well heavy duty built. The controls are simple, love that it has a gas shutoff and electric start. I had the entire house on it except the hot water heater, then shut off a few things to allow the water to get hot then removed it from the load. The integrated handle makes it easy to move around with its big wheels. The large 6.6 gallon gas tank allows it to run all day. I've had three other generators and this one is by far the best and last I will ever own... Thanks

We live on the Gulf coast of Florida and were affected by hurricanes Helene and Milton, suffering power loss both times. While a smaller generator got us through, it wasn't comfortable by any means. With this size we can power everything but the air conditioner. I like the tri-fuel capability. My wife works from home and lost power means lost wages. When I'm not home, it's a lot simpler and cleaner for her to start it up on propane versus gas without being obnoxiously loud.

I purchased this generator over a month ago and finally decided to take it out of the box and get it set up. Over night the power went out and stayed out for over 2 days. The set up was VERY easy and in no time at all we were up and running. I would recommend this generator to everyone!

Purchased on 6/23/24 and I finally had the time to put it together and did a test run. Everything seems to be working well and not as noisy and I thought. Bad weather is expected to come my way tomorrow and we may loose power but hopefully not. If so, we will be ready.

We use this Westinghouse (WGen9000) as a replacement to the Wgen7500 that we lost in a forest, Both have performed extremely well. This has been used with an offgrid setup, providing power for tools like welders and plasma cutters, also quickly topping up batteries for a solar system on rainy days. Cannot recommend enough.

I purchased this generator on June 01, 2020 and recieved it on June 05, 2020. Incredibly fast service. We purchased this generator after reviewing several models by multiple competitors. The WGen9500 fit our needs. Iwill update my review when I actually use it.
