Great Machine

Received in excellent condition. Unboxed, assembled, and immediately tried it out with propane. Started right up and ran great, switched fuels to NG and still ran great under load. I am now officially prepared to stay cool and comfy when the grid goes down.

Well Built Nice Looking

9500 running watts is enough to power are entire home. We peak out at 7200 watts , running the air conditioning, hot water heater and dryer all at the same time. On a streak of 2 straight weeks with temps in the mid 90's, We had 2 hours in a day over 6000 running watts and 1 hour over 7000, this a 2200 square foot home with air set on 69 degrees, AC unit never stopped running. Installed 50 amp inlet and after pulling the lever to switch power over to generator, it runs it no problem, no need to purchase inverter for "Cleaner power" when using inlet and not plugging devices directly into it.

Great size and output

Purchased specifically for outages during a hurricane. The size and weight allow me to store in a two car garage, with 2 cars; move it outdoors easily when needed, and provide sufficient power in our 2000 sq. ft. single story living area. We are planning on using gasoline this season and changing to natural gas in the future.

Worked flawlessly out of the box

I had previously purchased a generator from a local box store when a hurricane was predicted. It served the purpose, and it was the only one they had left. At the time, I wished I had bought one that could run on propane. After a few uses over the course of two years, I had an issue with fuel leaking, my fault I'm sure for improperly storing it. I made up my mind I would purchase a propane generator. Found an incredible deal on this one, arrived quickly, easy assembly, and started up right away. I like the remote start feature, and the fact I can still use gasoline if need be. Seems to be very sturdy construction. Great features like the CO sensor for safety. I haven't had the chance to use it yet real world, but feel confident this will get the job done.

Great product!

I bought this generator in preparation for the upcoming anticipated storms here in Florida this year for my home backup power. After removing it from the packaging and servicing it with fuel and oil, it cranked right up first try with the electric start. Not nearly as loud as my older smaller generator and ran perfectly. I'm still in the break-in period, but has started and ran effortlessly every time. I'm actually looking forward to losing power and using this generator to power my home essentials.

Packed to the top with features ( awesome )

I bought this generator back in November 2024 and it sat in the box until August19th 2025, Why, because I did not hook up a transfer switch until now. The transfer switch in and we wanted to try the generator out. We put the oil in and the gas and then discovered we had the wrong cable to hook it up to the house, But. Anxious to here the generator run we still went to start it. ( Whats that dangling on the Generator ) wow it even has a remote starter. That's not all this baby comes with a CO sensor which cuts the engine off id the CO levels get too high, again awesome. The time came gas in and we pressed the button and in a few cranks with the self start of the inboard battery the generator was running and purring like a jungle cat just waiting for a power outage so it can run, run, run. This generator runs on gasoline, propane and natural gas but I will probably use gasoline as it output rating is the highest with gasoline. That's it and when I get my generator to house line we will try this baby out thought my newly installed manual transfer switch.

JUST GOT THIS INSTALLED!

So I brought this generator 6 months ago in the "offseason". Finally got around to get an electrician to come and do the necessary electrical work so that we can test out this generator. It was easy to start and had enough power to support our needs in the case of power outages that we tend to get here in South Florida. Leaving a 4-star good review for now and will come later to adjust my review once we have had enough run with this generator.

Powered everything I needed during an outage

I bought this in Nov 2024 after a previous recent long duration power outage - I live rural, so no power also means no water usage. I'm so glad I bought it because we just had a power outage again last week. I had a transfer switch to my electrical box installed. This powered everything I needed it to during the outage - I was able to take a shower for work/use water, cook on stove, turn on lights, charge cellphones, keep the furnace running. Obviously, we were careful - used lights sparingly, didn't do laundry, or run the dishwasher, or use the oven. I bought this portable generator over a whole house one because my elderly mother was also out for a week in November. If she goes out again, I can bring this over to her so she can stay home instead of having to leave.

Real Nice Generator

Was delivered on time and was real easy to set up. Love the electric start and the remote start feature. I was surprised how quiet it was for a larger generator. This is my third generator and I already like it more than my previous generators. I don't think my wife will have any problem using it.
