A generator at the store didn't put out as much energy and for more money, but this generator definitely has way more quality features such as outlet covers, gas level, surge protection, and even a freaking remote start remote! That's nicer than my car! And this generator powers my welder machine with great efficiency.I would definitely recommend this product for being very power and a great cost and its versatility and reliability. 5/5 stars

I bought two of these to power my entire house. I had an electrician provide wiring so I can connect directly to the breaker panels. I tested them today and they power my entire house including two exterior air conditioners, a 25,000 btu window air conditioner, pool pump, and everything else in the house.

I just received my new generator and set it up to run on natural gas piped into my house. I made the connection and followed Straat up instructions and it ran as described. It was actually quieter than I expected. I would have ran it longer, but could not move it easily as the hardware kit for the wheels and supports did not ship in the box. I called customer service in a Sunday and made contact. Parts should be on teh way soon.

I bought this after my 2 hunting partners purchased the same model to power their campers throughout the season. The remote start feature is great on cold/rainy mornings when I don’t want to go outside to fire it up. I like the idea of the tri-fuel and dual amp system. I can use it for my smaller hunting camper or our family 5th wheel.

I bought WGEN9500DFc for all of the features it has from dual fuel to remote start. It was highly recommended from a friend that purchased one last year! Feeling very comfortable knowing that it will take care of all of our needs during hurricane season and beyond!

The generator worked fine for a day or two then the panel light started to go off working intermittently.. after the third week the panel light stopped working completely and would not start even by manually pulling …I know electronics can be finicky and one bad part can ruin the whole pot of soup… but we are off grid and rely heavily upon the generator when the sun is scarce…

I bought this generator last month and have been very pleased with the performance. I like that it is electric start, has a lot of great features, plenty of places to plug in and most of all supports multiple types of fuel. One of my main reasons for upgrading is that it has plenty of power, is easy for anyone in my family to operate. We lose power a lot where we live and this has been a great upgrade to our previous unit. I can honestly highly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a new generator. You will not be disappointed.

I bought this 2 months ago for the upcoming hurricane season. Delivery was on time and excellent service. The guys even helped me load the box onto a dolly. Set up easy enough for someone with no experience in generators. I did hire electricians to add an RV receptacle and run through main breacker panel. Start up was simple with push button (which is the only way I've tried so far) but love that there is a remote for lazy days and manual pull/choke if other options fail. Wow is all I can say to the power this thing can handle!!!! I hope we don't need to use it, but confident it will do the job if it is needed. Highly recommend for quality and price point!

I bought the W-house tri-fuel generator for emergency power and flexibility of fuels. No flaws or damage on delivery and super-simple final assembly -just prop up and put wheels on with a cotter-key, attach front feet, and connect the battery ! Of course -you NEED to put oil in (it’s provided) before you run it. Noise level is appropriate for this size generator. Test starts with my table saw (12A), and large shop vac(6A) were regulated smoothly and quickly with O-scope, waveform has minimal noise. Frequency showed 61Hz, but I haven’t run it on Natural Gas yet where it might be slightly slower (less Hz). The regulation was very tight when large loads come on, recovering in 2-3 seconds. The remote start FOB works well, though it’s a little different than I’m used to. Read the instructions carefully for pairing - note that the “battery power” indicator is a constant yellow light. The “Green” backlight that they instruct you to press “Start” for is the normal start button. All’s well, it just took me a few min to get that the “Battery Power” light is yellow, not Green. Finally, the wheels are mounted for great balance so that lifting the handle to move the generator is surprisingly light, easier than other generators this size (Thanks!).

Just recently purchased and so far so good. Setup was easy and everything in the instruction manual seemed pretty straight forward. Fired up right away and tested fine on a few appliances. Next step will be detailing out the wattage needed for different appliances to see what I can run simultaneously.
