This generator is right off the factory floor. Simple to assemble and came with everything needed for immediate operation (minus fuel). It even came with oil to add but shipped dry for storage until needed. Simple to assemble as I'm a disabled vet and did it in my kitchen using the cardboard in the box to hold it up as I attached the legs and wheels on my own. Didn't break a sweat for something almost 300 lbs and it's designed to move easily. I'm impressed with the simplicity of the design as I'm also a technician for diesel and heavy equipment and don't see any complex or complicated design anywhere that I'll have to worry about. It's even pretty, in my opinion!

We habitually lose power several times a year because we live in the country. The last time the electricity was out for days. I was worried about food getting spoiled. This generator foots the bill. I need to explore all the options it offers because I only used the 120v outlets for the refrigerator/freezer. It definitely gives you ‘piece of mind’ when Mother Nature gets nasty. I decided to purchase this generator base on peoples testimonials I haven't try it yet but the shipment was great it arrived on a pallet no dents very well protected. My family member own one of this bad boys and he is please with it so I gave it a try!

Heavy product but once the wheels and feet are installed it is much easier to move around. The plastic wheels don't give me much confidence, however, that they will last long. It is loud, but it is a 12KW generator! But...It runs my 4 ton AC and most everything else in my house so I am very pleased with it..for now!

i bought this one month ago. I am a senior citizen. It was easy to move around on wheels. I started it up for the first time, and it started immediately. It was an easy push button start, no yanking a cord. No problems yet. I like the tri fuel option.

We purchased this in the springtime based on the reviews of the product. We went through a dry run and let it operate for about an hour with all of our electric service turned off. I hard wired this into a plug to our load center with his own dedicated circuit breaker. We have a typical 2000 square foot home with a 3 1/2 ton air conditioner, and this generator ran everything except the water heater, dryer, and stove. Our air conditioner only draws 13.8 amps on startup. And this generator didn't even cough when it came on. We're running about a gallon of gasoline for every two hours based on our usage. The first three days we had no electricity and we ran a generator for 10 hours.
