This is clearly a well-built generator with several features that others do not offer at this price point. After unpacking and connecting the battery, I proceeded to test run the generator. I had a propane tank nearby so I connected to the propane, moved the tri-fuel selector switch to propane, pushed the start button on the key fob and viola!!! starting right away without any issues. I would say that so far I am thrilled to have this very nice piece of equipment! I plan on wiring my house to utilize the 50 amp circuit on the generator, therefore I should be able to get the most from this generator. I'm excited to use it for power back up, but hope I don't have to use it(if that makes sense).

My generated showed up a day ahead of time. It was very easy to set up and operate. It came with the propane and natural gas connectors from the manufacturer which was a added bonus. Being able to start and top the generato we work the press of a butting using the key fob is a great feature and one that made me go with this manufacturer.

We have lost power several times since moving here two years ago. One power outage lasted three hours but most were less than one hour. However, the potential is always present due to extreme weather conditions. Earlier this year a tornado touched down less than 15 miles from our home. I feel more secure after the purchase of this WGen9500TFc generator. I specifically chose the tri-fuel generator because of the natural gas fuel option. I like the idea of not having to fill up the gas tank or change propane cylinders during a power outage. I have the flexibility to use my new generator in the back yard, take in camping, or transport it to a family member or neighbor's house if they need help keeping their power on. This purchase included the required natural gas and propane hoses and regulator. The unit is easily moved with the included solid wheels and handle. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Easy assembly. Started up nicely on gasoline. Did not run it on propane or natural gas yet, but will be installing natural gas line so it can be run mainly on that. Ran it for 10 minutes with two 1500 watt heaters at the same time plus hand tools with no problems. when I get the gas line in and connected to the house I will give up date on powering the whole house.

I ordered this right after the major snowstorm in Feb. 2021. The generator arrived on March 10, 2021. It was packed securely and no damage in shipment. I followed the instructions, added the included oil and hit the start button. Nothing! The battery was dead. So, I manually started it. It started on the second pull. I ran it for over an hour and tried to start the generator with the battery. No joy! I put the battery on my battery charger for a while. Reinstalled it in the generator and no joy again. Bad battery. Generator is great! Battery is bad!

I just received my new generator and set it up to run on natural gas piped into my house. I made the connection and followed Straat up instructions and it ran as described. It was actually quieter than I expected. I would have ran it longer, but could not move it easily as the hardware kit for the wheels and supports did not ship in the box. I called customer service in a Sunday and made contact. Parts should be on teh way soon.

We bought this about a month ago in preparation for hurricane season power outages and although we haven’t had to use it yet, we tested it out to make sure it worked okay. This generator is very simple to start up using gasoline. We also tried natural gas which worked well so long as your NG pressure is high enough. We like the features of this generator and how it starts up with a push of a button. We look forward to connecting it to our breaker box to make any future outages a breeze. The wheels are also a nice touch, making for easy transport.

Very pleased with the build quality of this generator. It seems very well built and has a ton of extra features that I didn’t even know about. The remote start is nice and the electric start battery is fully included and works great! Like other reviews mention, make sure to check the oil level after you put what is included in the engine. I bought 2 of these and they both filled up to the top of the L mark on the dipstick, so I added a bit extra to get it further up the dipstick on both units. Overall excellent generator at an even better price compared to other brands!

I bought this generator to ensure that my whole house was covered in the case of an emergency. I followed the start-up directions, read the manual and am happy to report that it has started up with no problem! I tested the manual start, the electric start and the remote start, all with no issues. I can't wait to get my tranfer switch installed and put this beast to the test!

I bought this generator after hurricane Helena came through.I did a lot of research on generators trying to find one with all the features I wanted.I purchased the 9500 watt with battery start and even had a remote control starter key fob.After hooking it up to my house it did a wonderful job of running basically my whole house no problems.Also has a carbon monoxide monitor to shut it down if levels get to high.Great safety feature,Good product and highly recommend.
