The generator came delivered with very little work to assemble the battery cable and wheels, then add the engine oil before filling with gas and firing right up. This has plenty of power for our transfer switch to power our home when the power goes out. The electric start with auto-choke and key fob start are just an added bonus!

I wanted a solution to combat intermittent power issues resulting from weather-related and infrastructure age-related outages that was less expensive than the whole home options and also provided flexibility for use in other situations where portable power was needed lime remote use of a travel trailer. The Westinghouse tri-fuel generator fit the bill. I needed it recently, and it fired right up with the remote and kept us operational in our home. After six months of ownership, I am very pleased with the product.

Happy to have it in time for hurricane season in FL. The last 2 years we have lost power for multiple days and had to throw out everything in 2 refrigerators and a chest freezer. It's nice to know this will handle that load plus some if it happens again.

The generator was easy to set up and it was able to power up my 2000 sq ft home with all the appliances. The Tri-Fuel option was available at a very reasonable price compared to other generators on the market. The push start and remote start features were also very handy. Would definitely recommend this brand and model of generator.

After spending a few days without power because of Hurricane Beryl, we decided we needed a generator. After researching many different manufacturers, we bought this one because of positive reviews and a great price for the features we wanted, especially the Tri-fuel feature. We haven’t needed it it yet, but it seems very well built and small enough that it doesn’t take up too much space, but with plenty of power to run the things we want. The small amount of assembly required is very simple and quick to complete, and required tools are included!

Westinghouse generators have never failed or given me any problems. Easy assembly, easy maintenance, great features, love the remote start!! Always starts on the first try! This machine is very user friendly and Westinghouse generators will always be my choice. Highly recommended!

I purchased the WGen9500 generator to use as backup power when our electricity goes out, which happens sometimes in the fall and winter. I am very pleased with the fact that it has plenty of power to practically provide electricity to all our circuits. I love the push button start and also the remote starter. It started up immediately when I got it and runs great. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Generator won’t start out of the box. Charged battery, filled oil and fill new ethanol free gasoline. The remote is nice hopefully I get the starting issue fixed before I actually need it. Well built machine I’m sure something got loosened up during shipping.

My husband found this deal he said we could not refuse. Living in Texas, we get weird, unpredictable storms that can have our power out almost 24 hours. It's nice to know if we needed to plug in our refrigerator or need to run an electric heater, we got this. Plus, if we go camping/Glamping, we have the power to turn on a fan if it's hot or have lights and power to charge up our phones or tablets. The only little complaint is that the motor is a bit loud....so have it some distance away.

I bought this item last week. We've been wanting/needing a generator for years now but were finally able to make the investment. After a ton of research, I found that the WGen 9500 was highly rated. It arrived quickly and was incredibly easy to set up. Once I set it up, I added the oil and gas... Pressed the auto start and it instantly fired up! PERFECT. So happy with the purchase so far and can't wait to actually test it out this winter!
