I purchased an original generator in February through Home Depot. After getting the generator delivered it was found to have significant shipping damage. We contacted the GE Customer service line and was offered replacement parts or that they would work with Home Depot to replace the machine. This is the replacement which arrived in less than 3 weeks from the original purchase. This generator was delivered in very good condition. Assembly was easy and straight forward. At this time it runs well on a test and seems to be what we were looking for. Intended use is for backup power to our home since we experience frequent outages during rough weather.

I purchased this Tri Fuel generator to give us lots of options. It was very easy to get my plumber to create a connection to the gas main line at the house. My only suggestion is for the included gas hose to have a quick connect for each side, not just to the generator.

My generated showed up a day ahead of time. It was very easy to set up and operate. It came with the propane and natural gas connectors from the manufacturer which was a added bonus. Being able to start and top the generato we work the press of a butting using the key fob is a great feature and one that made me go with this manufacturer.

We purchased this generator almost a month ago and couldn't be happier with our decision. Living in Eastern NC, we experience hurricanes yearly, and we get the occasional winter snowstorm. We live out in the country and anytime any such storm is forecasted, its practically a guarantee we will lose power. In the past, these power losses have been anywhere from a few hours to several days. I have a 26-year-old special needs daughter who spends the majority of her life on the internet. Of course, no power...no internet, It doesn't take long before everyone is in a fowl mood. Also, if the outage extends more than a few days we lose 2 chect-type freezers full of food and everything in the refrigerator. Added to all of this, I, myself was put on oxygen by my doctors in July. Its something I will have to deal with for the rest of my life. As you can read, taking all of these circumstances into account made selecting a generator a very important decision. We did our homework and researched several different models and brands. After much deliberation, we decided on the Westinghouse WGen 9500. It met all of our needs and then some, It's big enough for the square footage of our house, and having the option of using the remote is truly a blessing, I don't want to have to go out in a storm at my age to pull start it, at 70 years old, it's not safe. We haven't had it a month yet but have already put it to the test. We took almost a direct hit from tropical storm Ophelia last weekend. We lost power before the storm even made landfall. Within minutes we were back up and running. Nobody got fussy without the internet, we had no loss of food and I was able to continue on my oxygen. This generator is definitely a lifesaver. We do have plans to have it hard wired to the house when finances permit but even using it with cords, we couldn't be happier. I would like to receive the cover to protect it. I received the generator a few weeks ago and it was delivered quickly and seems very well built. It has plenty of power to run just about everything in my house. Haven’t had a power outage since I bought it so I haven’t been able to really put it through it’s paces but so far so good.

I bought this generator to replace a smaller unit for use during power outages. (South Louisiana- hurricane country). The smaller unit gave me lights, fans, fridge and freezer. This will let me have A/C. Setup was super easy, paired remote and started at first crank. What can I say, Very pleased!!

This item was delivered promptly and as advertised ..... SouthEastern Transport was courteous and very helpful ..... generator wheel kit went on quickly and after adding oil and connecting the battery the generator started up right away ..... I am very pleased with my purchase

Bought this a month ago our only problem was we couldn't find the remote control we contacted Westinghouse they told us to look on the pull start rope. Even though instructions says the remote is in the bag the person from Westinghouse told us too many people couldn't find the remote probably tossed them out on the trash so they now out it on the pull start rope. Your welcome we suggest Westinghouse add a note to say where the remote is stored. Other than that so far this unit has operated fantastic. We have started on both propane and gas starts right up. Didn't even have to program the remote it worked first try. We still haven't put a load on it yet.

I purchased this product for my home backup during an emergency outage. I wanted something that could handle most if not all of my circuits. This generator performed excellent during my test and had plenty of room to spare. For the price and the features this generator easily beats the competition.

I bought this in November of 2020. Finally had a chance to use it. When power was out the other day, it lit my house up, my air conditioning and tv's. It was simple to operate and ran nicely till the power came back on. Would highly recommend as an alternative to more expensive permanent units. I can wheel it to my porch and easily plug it in
