After going without power due to wildfire danger, my wife and I decided it was time to buy some power of our own. After doing many hours of research we decided the Westinghouse 9500 watt generator was our best choice. So glad we did! It arrived very well packaged, and assembly was a breeze. I purchased for upcoming hurricane season, great generator, powerful. I have a pressure washer also from Westinghouse and engine is awesome. This one is twice+ the size. Have not put into full use yet, but worked and ran great right out of the box like you would expect. Highly recommended. Great price!

My husband and I are in our sixties we needed something easy to start, we bought this Generator because of the push start. We live in FL and when we have Hurricanes, we sometimes have trouble getting gas so it's Very nice that we can also use propone. Push the button and its starts so easy.

The unit is about 200 lbs and it was loaded onto my pickup truck. This was a bit to heavy for me to handle. I was able to assemble the wheels and feet while the generator was still in the truck. Then it could be rolled down a ramp to get it off the truck more easily. All fittings and connectors were included.

Very happy with this system, started right out of the box. Instructions, were well written and easy to follow the wheels and support pads took under 15 minutes to install, love the solid wheels. Added oil and fuel and 2 pulls we were running, after a shut down by us we did a remote fob start and it worked the first time. M any great features and control pannel is very easy to read and use. We are sure we well be happy with our choice of this Westinghouse generator.

I bought this generator and put half a tank of gas. When we moved the generator the gas spills out of the gas gauge. I am told the generator has to be level when moved except there’s only 2 wheels so you have to pick up on one side so it won’t be level. Since there is no cover on the gas gauge and it is open to the tank we will also get dirt and dust in the gas tank.

We got the Wgen9500, gas powered with electric start. It arrived quickly and runs great. We're feeling much less anxious about, and more prepared for the next storm now that we've got 9500 watts. We were without power for a week last time. Having this Wgen9500 is definitely a comfort.

I bought the 9500 last year but didn't test run until April 2023 because their has been no power outage and immediately noticed a gas leak when attempting to start for the first time, WH service advised its probably leaving for fuel open/shut valve. The next issue was WH product service providers in my area (4) would not accept WH warranty repairs unless I payed for repairs and let WH reimburse me, I refuse and relayed this to WH who advised ship it back to us for a replacement, this was done 4-24-23, The replacement (open box gen with 5 hours time) will be shipped to me when they receive the faulty gen, What a hassle but over all I believe the 9500 is a good product.

I love that I have the options to use three different types of fuel. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I had thought I would have to buy oil and hoses but those come included as well. The wheels and handle come in very handle to make this portable. Overall this was a great purchase!

Living in Florida with hurricane season having a generator is a must, and this one does not disappoint. Has all the features one could ask for (dual-fuel, remote start, CO2 detection) and many more. Hope I don't have to use it but if I do, I know we will be in good shape!
