Bought brand new and in box. VERY GOOD quality and detailed instructions. Every part on the generator is quality and not cheap. The electric start and remote start make it so easy to start the unit. After filling the oil and gas for the first time it fired right up on the first start. Purred like a kitten and when put under a significant load it never missed a beat. Couldn't have asked for a better quality product.

A generator at the store didn't put out as much energy and for more money, but this generator definitely has way more quality features such as outlet covers, gas level, surge protection, and even a freaking remote start remote! That's nicer than my car! And this generator powers my welder machine with great efficiency.I would definitely recommend this product for being very power and a great cost and its versatility and reliability. 5/5 stars

Finally bought one of these after a number of power outages in our area. Generator is sturdy and robust, with simple, yet thorough instructions on setup and operation. Having the versatility of three different fuel types was a huge selling point for me. I hope I don't have a situation where I have to use it, but have full confidence and peace of mind that I can rely on it if that day comes.

I bought this about a month ago. I was really impressed with the packaging. I was impressed with the features on the generator. There's nowhere I could make an improvement. I was also impressed with the hardware. It has all the hardware that you'll need. I would highly recommend this generator. This is the fourth generator that I had in my lifetime. It's the best.

We love this generator, although what we intended for it we actually need more power. This unit is great. Only downfall I wish it was a little quieter. We used it for a concession trailer. When first calculating watts we needed 7800, when we are pulling more like 11-12000.

I bought for Florida Hurricane upcoming season. Previous great reviews. Shipped prefect. Easy guide to set up. Purchased dual fuel option...planning to run on propane but, when gas is readily available will consider. Westinghouse is a trusted name always.

Bought on 7/26/21..Arrived quickly for a package this size..Assembled and preped according to instructions...Started right up with remote and key FOB...Tested some itmes on the power outlets and the worked perfectly..Generator never changed tones..Bought to power my house as were getting into the start of the peak hurricane season and wanted to be ready best I could..Have not wired to my house yet but will update this as soon as I do..Planning on running window AC units(s) instead of my central unit so I will have more available power to run other necessary items..Central draws to much running load

I did a lot of research on generators following (and during) hurricane Beryl. As far as price per watt and quality in the name, this is bar far the best. Haven't had to use it yet (which is the only reason i didnt give 5 stars YET), but knowing I have the option of tri fuels, I feel confident in knowing my family will not be without during another hurricane/power outage.

Over the years, Houston has experienced multiple power outages. Previously we survived these with a small gas-powered inverter generator and lots of extension cords. Now our new WGen9500TFc is a great step forward. With all necessary items other than fuel supplied, assembly was simple. Generator started right up on a bottle of propane. Propane and gas are great for short-term outages, but the Tri-fuel functionality will really come in handy for longer duration power outages. I am very please with this product. Thank you Westinghouse! Next step will be installation of a manual transfer switch.

This generator was exceptionally easy to set up and start using. It took me less than 15 minutes to get the generator unboxed, assembled and filled with oil and gas. It started up immediately using the push button start. I shut it down and tried the remote start which also worked perfectly. I then plugged the generator into my transfer switch and was able to power my water pump, air conditioning and all my 120V devices that I normally leave on (modem, router, TV, ceiling fans, etc.) with no apparent strain on the generator. I live on the North Carolina coast and bought this generator for backup power since hurricane season is approaching. I hope I don't need it, but I now have a little more peace of mind knowing I'll be able to shower, cook and watch local news if we do lose power for several days like we did with Florence.
