Lost power and bought this on day 3. Power came back just as I got it set up, so no real chance to see it in action. Quick and easy to get set up. Tri-fuel option is nice. I remember Westinghouse from their heyday and am hoping this lives up to expectations.

after much research I purchased this generator because it offered everything I wanted at the best price. It was delivered on time to my home. within a couple of hours I had assembled the unit, reviewed the start-up instructions, and had it running in my driveway on my propane tank. I plugged items into it to run off of the generator power, and it took the load easily . very satisfied. I almost can't wait for the next power outage.

I bought this after North MS was hit by a devastating ice storm debilitating the entire community and surrounding counties. We were without electricity for 12 days but we were able to use the generator to get us by for heat and light. It was a very appreciated item to be able to purchase and now own! Bought this as an upgrade to my old 30amp 6500 generator. 12500 kw start-up. Electric start works awesome. Hooked up a 20 lb tank hit the remote start and it cycled twice and ran like a champ. Love the dual fuel capabilities to run propane tanks, much easier to refill vice gas tank. 50amp RV outlet will be connected to a home transfer switch to run entire panel. Way cheaper than a whole home generator, just not automatic.

We actually bought two of these generators. This one will be used for our BnB. They were extremely easy to assemble, and although we haven't has to use them yet we did hook them up to a propane source and they cranked right up. We are very happy with them so far.

Purchased this, however it came with a 3/8 male bib for the natural gas intake and I am not sure how to connect it to my natural gas as it only came with a propane hose and regulator attachment. It otherwise seems to be in good condition but now I have to figure out the parts requried for quick connect to my natural gas line. For a tri fuel I expected to not have this concern.

Considering the features and benefits available at this price point, I can't imagine giving any less than a five start review just for the sheer value. I'd done a lot of research on generators prior to buying this one and ended up finding this one locally for a great price and, so far, am very happy with it. Set up is easy and the options are plenty. I would not have purchased a generator during this point in my life if it weren't for a recent ice storm that tore through my area causing extended power outages. But this is the generator I had my eye on anyway so it worked out.

Just received the generator ,assembly was easy and instructions were clear and concise. It was well packed and all necessary tools and the oil was included. Looks well made and controls function properly. I haven't used it yet but feel like it would work well for my needs.

We bought a WGen9500 generator a few days ago in an emergency during a snow storm. The product was easy to set up with good instructions and we ran it for several hours before our electric power returned. First impressions are the product has many options and having the tri-fuel available to use with propane as a back up is helpful.

I purchased the generator a month ago and have been so busy that the generator has been unboxed and it is sitting in our family room assembled and has not been put into operation yet, but I am becoming anxious to hear it running. It looks impressive.
