Recently, I began using Total Beets, and it's been two months now. I'm impressed with its taste and how it's been helping maintain my blood pressure in a healthy range. I like to fuel my body with natural supplements va artificial chemicals and such. These beef chews are not only natural tasting in my opinion, they're tasty. There's a slight powdery feeling toward the last few bites but nothing drastic. I enjoy taking my chews daily and I feel I've helped my body immensely by including these chews into my daily habit. Even though they're beet red in color they haven't stained my teeth or mouth which is also a plus. I love these chews.

The back shows serving size is 1 piece, which lists 325 mg of the Superblend, so I assume this means take it twice a day? The description, however, refers to this as an "anytime energy boost". So... how many can/should I safely be taking per day?? I settled on two a day, as needed, and promptly started picking up 6+ hours of overtime on a daily basis. The taste brought back memories of bubble gum from my youth, and I could feel the energy boost as I powered through the evening!

These are great! Also, heart disease and heart attacks run in my family so I feel really great about having these in my diet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Force Factor Total Beets Soft Chews to review and it was my first time ever trying an energy chew - and now I'm obsessed! I have been taking one first thing in the morning and I definitely feel an energy boost and am generally less groggy in the mornings, been able to last longer in the gym, etc. The only downside is that they're extremely chewy (similar to Laffy Taffy in texture) and they were somewhat hard to chew/swallow the first couple times, but the benefits definitely outweigh that one negative and I'll gladly chew them for the added pep they give me! Overall I was pleasantly surprised by this product and would absolutely repurchase in the future!
