I've been taking 2 per day for a couple of months, and my blood pressure was back to normal at my last checkup after running a little high for over 6 months. The taste is great. The texture is good--chew but not gummy". There seems to be a little grit at the end but not enough to be a problem. I like the change to foil wrapper rather than paper--easier to remove and keeps them from drying out.

I'm not really a fan of beets nor of açaí, but I was very pleasantly surprised with how these tasted. I have insomnia and sleep really bad and taking these for the last week have helped give me an extra boost to get through the day. I usually get sluggish around the early afternoon, but I've felt more energetic during the day once I started taking these. They have a bunch of other health benefits as well, so in my book these are amazing.

You just haven't had them fixed right...No! I HATE them!! So, I bought these on a whim. I do juice them with other things from time to time but it doesn't mean I like them. I have to say with my first dose I could tell a huge difference in my energy level. I took one the afternoon I purchased them with the full expectation of needing my usual afternoon nap. I never took one. I cleaned, put away groceries, did food prep, washed the dog which is the size of a large pony and no simple feat, cooked dinner and cleaned the kitchen. I still had the energy to stay awake until late. I never have that anymore. I have felt like my blood pressure was high although I haven't been checked lately. I also smoke and am trying to quit as I know its terrible and a definite energy stealer. I have also been anemic off and on for the last few years and I know the smoking isn't helping with that. I have to say these taste great! Definitely NO beet taste!! My energy increased within about an hour(without my usually 6 cups of afternoon coffee in hopes the caffeine would get me through until around 8:30 at night). I am excited to see how I feel after taking these over the next month. I have never had a surge of energy juicing beets like I did with one of these chews.
