I have no idea how effective these are, nor will I probably ever know. These taste awful! At first they're fruity; after a few seconds, however, a weird texture and bitterness take over, and finishing a single chew is difficult. Maybe this was a bad batch, but I would definitely not buy this product again.

Compares with superbeets

The product I purchased from Sam's, which had the square version of the chews, was wonderful. I actually look forward to taking them every morning. I am running out of this style and ordered four bags during Amazon days. These are the rectangular versions, and the taste is terrible. I tried it multiple mornings, but they never improved. I can't return them, so I suppose I'll have to discard them or see if someone else likes them. If it is possible to get the square version somewhere, please let me know.

These did not work for me!! I cannot believe nobody else mentions how jittery they make you and how they increase your heart rate. I took one and I started feeling so weird and jittery. I did not think about it being the chews at first, so I took another that afternoon. Wow, I felt so weak and shaky and my heart rate was noticeably increased. When I got up the next morning, I felt horrible. Finally, as I got them out of my system, I began to feel normal again. The taste is not delicious by any means, but I could take them if they helped in some way and did not make me so jittery. I will be throwing them away.

I have no idea if it actually works. They taste awful. I spit it out.
