After switching to this mattress I already feel like a new human! I was a little nervous about the firmness but it really molds to my body easily. I move around quite a bit and it will only take a few seconds to readjust to my new position and hug my body perfectly. I no longer wake up with hip or back pain & I also feel like I am more rested even when I don't actually sleep a full night sleep. I feel like I've been dreaming more which means I'm spending more time in the restorative REM cycle sleep. Amazing a mattress can do all that and this new mom is very happy!

Have Luxe medium hybrid. As others have said is firmer than one in store but still feels great. Hope it softens up slightly over time. Got the level base but any base should work and can get similar, now that I see it, for a cheaper price. The mattress is well made and very heavy. I removed tag before set up so I now have easy access to serial number. Goal is better sleep and help with lower back pain.

Um, wow, after sleeping on the tempur pedic luxe I can see what I was missing out on. The way it forms to my body and is just so soft yet firm. The first night when I woke up I just felt so good. I normally have to snooze once or twice, but this time I didn't. I just got up. Also getting out of bed felt easier if that makes sense. Like actually easier on my body. I think this is due to the "adapt" technology of the bed. I would recommend this bed to anyone. If you feel like you are NOT getting good sleep I feel like this bed will knock your socks off and genuinely change your life.

Only had it for a month so far, but the way it conforms to any position while giving support helps me sleep well, and help me wake up without the lower-back pain I have been experienceing. Just hoping the firmness with ease up since the firm model can be on the harder side.

This mattress is perfect--we're getting into "senior" status, and this mattress is wonderfully supportive as well as comfortable. Now more than ever we need a good night's rest, and our new LuxeAdapt Soft gives us that rest. We're delighted with this mattress!

The firmness provides excellent support for my back, and the "TEMPUR" material molds to my body, alleviating any pressure points. It took a few nights to adjust to the firmness, but once I did, I woke up feeling more refreshed and without any aches or pains. However, if you prefer a softer feel, this might not be the best option for you. Overall, it's a worthwhile investment for anyone prioritizing quality sleep and back support. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to start, softness, honestly with the softness level that I've noticed I would expect this mattress to be a medium firm not a soft. don't get me this is still a great mattress, just not very soft to me...and my body needs SOFT. That's the only major con for me with this mattress. It is very heavy but that's not really a con unless you have to move it solo. Now the PRO's gotta save the best for last. It does conform to your body pretty well, and it rebounds fast also. Movement really isn't felt across the mattress, I can not tell when there is movement on the other side from my side. I wouldn't be scared to try the egg test or water test on this mattress, that's how strongly I believe in this mattress in that regard. I can't do it though, a houseful of animals, so while the mattress wouldn't dump the water, the animal sure would. No waking or being awoken due to movement. I love this mattress in this regard. The mattress's design is attractive and very soft; you can sleep on it and be comfortable without sheets. In summary, this is an amazing mattress in many areas, really the other downfall for me is it's not soft enough, but my back is horribly messed up, so it may be just my opinion. Do I think it's worth the price, no not really. But if you can afford it and don't need a really soft mattress then this could be just the right mattress for you.

Do not buy from these criminals. They won't honor warranty. Called spoke with an escalation rep won't completely refused to let me talk to her supervisor. The quality of the product is good for a couple years AT BEST. The customer service is by far the worst I've ever encountered in any company. My wife and I wake up every day with neck and back pain because the rigidity is equivalent to a hammock. A 5,000 hammock. At the end of the day Temper Pedic WILL NOT honor 10 year warranty.

I am very disappointed in this bed. I have always preferred a firm mattress. I knew at the store this bed was very firm but I expected the material to relax a little - just a little. Well, it didn't and we are close to three months. The adjustable base is fantastic, but it's crushing that we paid almost 7k for this mattress, we were very excited and we both leave The room in the middle of the night to find a guest room bed. We will be utilizing the "comfort guarantee", but are concerned about getting another Tempur-Pedic. This bed replaced a 17 year old Tempur-Pedic that was great. If you don't prefer to sleep on something that feels like a surgical table, skip this bed. Even my cat hates it.
