I particularly like the rechargeable lithium battery in the remote. So much better than AAA. It was also nice that the remote automatically connected with the TV so I can mostly get rid of that remote.

Started out well but with new updates it sucks. Loses connection, loses volume, and skips ahead on pre-recording programming. Now just a boat anchor that I’m scrapping. Waste of money.

Purchased a new TV with the ultra. The ultra is reliable and easy connected to my TV. I use the ultra to control the on/off for power as well as volume control. I use the reverse button to switch between sports shows.

I am happy with this. I bought it because my stick kept overheating. The biggest issue I have is if I pause something it shuts down the TV and everything I was watching. This logs me out of the app and doesn’t save my place.

I bought this fter discussing with my daughter and her boy friend and reading reviews. Up until ROKU we were only able to stream with our phones. This has opened up a great selection of programing that we would otherwise not be able to access.

Don't use Roku for any subscriptions. I tried to sign up for an app and accidentally selected the annual option instead of the monthly and now they won't correct it. It was a simple mistake. Their customer service is terrible.

I've had Roku products for a decade and the ULTRA is the absolute best. Great performance, easy to use AND the rechargeable remote is the cherry on top. Go get one...NOW!!

Roku is so easy to set up and use.Also, the feature of using ear plugs for private listening is great when early risers don't want to disturb others,you don't want to wake the baby,etc. I wish it had been purchased sooner.

Picture is VG but voice sync is bad no matter what I try, both on tv or in Ultra. Remote buttons starting to fail, must press multiple times to get results.
