I was having a lot of connectivity issues with my regular Roku. Also I bought the ultra everything is instantaneous practically. Hoping I don't ever have the same problems I had with the other unit.

Picture is VG but voice sync is bad no matter what I try, both on tv or in Ultra. Remote buttons starting to fail, must press multiple times to get results.

Wish we had bought a new TV rather than wasting money on the Roku. The Roku commercials are inappropriate for our home (foul language) and the same five commercials repeat every commercial break. We hate this thing and can’t wait to get rid of it.

I have two of the older models, and two of the sticks, and now two TVs with Roku already installed. The Ultra is an excellent product, that I am glad I purchased.

This is a replacement Roku that I used hard for about eight years. No worries, problems, or issues at all. The Roku was delivered to me in only two days, which was great since my original one was dead.

We bought this Roku model to replace an older one we had in our family room. We love it! The Dolby vision is awesome and everything we stream through it loads up super fast!

Everything works exceptionally well. If you have a 4k tv with great sound system this product works to its fullest potential, but if you don’t than you might as well get the basic Roku and save yourself some money.

I love ROKU. It works so well in the rooms that have problems receiving my wireless connection. It is so user friendly I use the ROKU instead of the TV remote. Next tv I get will definitely have the built in ROKU

So easy to use and love the features it offers to make streaming easier and enjoy the shows that the Roku channel has! Great purchase and would highly recommend! Love being able to do Photo Streams to view photos when we aren’t watching anyhing.

I found that the Roku Ultra is the best, because it finds things for me to watch that I can't find on any of my other streaming services. The mic understands me all the time, with other services I have to spell things out.
