I need the stations to be numbered to allow me to move to my favorites more easily. That’s the only thing that keeps me with my cable. No real impressed with the remote. Would be willing to pay much more for a more robust remote control.

Bought this for my mother but the remote has some major issues with not working, and is very difficult to trouble shoot, even with the online help tips.

Always used my families Rokus and love them so couldn’t resist and had to get my own and never going back to using regular tv or any other streaming service

I have had the Roku Ultra for a few weeks and I am very pleased with the features / function. The built in microphone on the remote makes it very easy to find what you are looking for without spending a lot of time scrolling.

Everything works exceptionally well. If you have a 4k tv with great sound system this product works to its fullest potential, but if you don’t than you might as well get the basic Roku and save yourself some money.

Our Roku box is great except that it regularly locks up for 10-15 seconds and then goes back to the show rolled back 30 seconds and with closed captions turned on

This new unit is so easy to use and now that we can charge the remote using a C to USB cable, the cake is topped off almost perfectly. Now, if we could access the closed captions separately for each service, it would be absolutely perfect.

Don't use Roku for any subscriptions. I tried to sign up for an app and accidentally selected the annual option instead of the monthly and now they won't correct it. It was a simple mistake. Their customer service is terrible.

Sound cuts in and out and is frequently inaudible. I need to unplug the Roku to get the issue to stop. Seems to occur when going to a streaming service that automatically previews selections.

Replaced three Roku units with Ultra and the remotes -- all Of them -- seem to be overly sensitive and I get multiple bitton repeats at the worst times. I have to very quickly press the buttons or the repeat the function like I held the button down.
