The chair arrived in 1 week in good condition. It was easy to assemble and install the four 9v backup batteries (not included). The chair operates smoothly and you can put it in many different positions for personalized comfort. The included screw-in leveling sliders that are included are not appropriate for hardwood floors. They slip on the floor. With each use of the chair it slides closer and closer to the wall until it hits it when reclining. It would be nice if they included both sliders and non-slip feet for different applications. Also the cord on the remote needs to be longer. Hubby dropped it on the floor and was unable to retrieve it and was stuck in the fully reclined position until someone could pick it up for him. With his is previous chair, he could lay the cord across his lap, this one is so short that it won’t go that far.

Overall a good chair - sturdy, comfortable, smooth operation. Delivery was quick and easy. The feet do not go up high enough so if you are looking for feet to be elevated look elsewhere. The chair does go flat but that isn't really necessary as most people sleep in a semi reclined position. More important would be feet higher than heart. Disappointed about this but will keep it because of the return process hassle and it is great except for this.

Worst sitting chair ever! Wished I had actually sat in this chair before ordering. The chair looks nice but it has a very small seat to sit in and the seat actually slopes in the middle which is so uncomfortable! I’ve tried everything to no avail! I have RA and bought this chair to make life simpler only to find when I sit is the uncomfortable, small seated , sloped seat chair my sciatica goes wild! I have wasted my money and have a piece of junk in my home! Being retired on a fixed income, I am stuck with a useless chair. Also, the foot rest barely comes up. You certainly can’t rest your legs. I’m am just sick I wasted my money on this chair! Word of advice…go to a store where you can actually sit and try it out before purchasing. I have ordered hundreds of items from Sams that I have been more than pleased, however this chair is the worst most expensive purchase made! If I could return it, it would be GONE! So sad to have to say this.

I can't speak for a lighter weight person but if you're on the heavier side, this chair is not padded well. it works well as far as lifting me to my feet but I bought this for neck surgery and I'm going to live in this chair for 6 weeks, I don't think I'm going to be able to sleep in this chair, or be comfortable in it for 24 hours a day. it's hard to be on comfortable for a few hours. it would be worth it to spend more on a lifting chair

I bought 2 chairs for my husband and myself. It arrived sooner than expected and didn’t take my husband long to put both of them together. We just LOVE our new chairs!! So comfortable and luxurious!! Afternoon naps are great now!
