Great chair and well built but quite heavy. I did have issues with pilot and Sam's on the delivery as it stated it came to Tulsa but was being shipped back to Memphis so wasn't sure where it was and it finally came later than the scheduled delivery time. Thank You Sam's and Pilot for the delivery 📦

Nice looking BUT the battery backup needs 4 nine volt batteries not two as shown in instructions. No cord with correct cord to this model was included. Was I sent an older model? When depressing the foot rest release, it does go down, but then automatically starts lifting the chair. Someone needs to call me.

Part of the controller stopped working 60 days after purchase. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I have 2 of these recliners...on BOTH part of the controller quit working at 60 days. Customer service won't help!

I bought 2 chairs for my husband and myself. It arrived sooner than expected and didn’t take my husband long to put both of them together. We just LOVE our new chairs!! So comfortable and luxurious!! Afternoon naps are great now!

I can't speak for a lighter weight person but if you're on the heavier side, this chair is not padded well. it works well as far as lifting me to my feet but I bought this for neck surgery and I'm going to live in this chair for 6 weeks, I don't think I'm going to be able to sleep in this chair, or be comfortable in it for 24 hours a day. it's hard to be on comfortable for a few hours. it would be worth it to spend more on a lifting chair
