Delivery outstanding even through a hurricane. Chairs are sturdy, fabric durable but feels nice on skin. Chair moves smoothly through positions and controls for most part easy to do. This lift chair gives peace of mind when days are bad. Our parents love & live in them. Thanks

Although my husband and I don't actually NEED help standing up yet, we most likely will in the foreseeable future. So the lift component isn't necessary for us yet. The other features are fantastic for us. My favorite is that the chair lays flat-ish for spontaneous naps! But the adjustable lumbar and headrest are also amazing! These chairs are a super value, and assembly was easy.

Great chair for my family member who has a bad shoulder and cannot get out of a bed easily. He's able to recline and get up with no assistance. He's been able to finally get some comfortable sleep in this chair.

Bought this for my 84 y.o. mother , she says worth every penny . Fast delivery , easy to put together . From box to ready for use only like 30 min. so Yes I would recommend it to any one getting up in years. Very comfortable

Great chair and well built but quite heavy. I did have issues with pilot and Sam's on the delivery as it stated it came to Tulsa but was being shipped back to Memphis so wasn't sure where it was and it finally came later than the scheduled delivery time. I have ordered furniture from Sam's before. Perhaps I was spoiled was on the first delivery. On the first delivery it was out of the box plastic removed, I was able to see what I had. This delivery it was in the box on a pallet and dropped in my driveway. I asked the driver if he would at least take the pallet back with him. His answer was he was not allowed to by his company. The box had some visible damage but the chair itself appears to be undamaged.

Chair is gray, definitely not a brown as described. The seating is not very soft but rather firm. I will say it is very quiet motor wise. I do wish it had more cushion to the seating and arms but overall it seems to be well built. I do wish however the remote cord was longer as it hooks up on I needed this for shoulder replacement, so long as it does the job I'm okay with the chair. I do wish however the remote was 6 inches longer as it hooks up on the right side of the chair and has a partially coiled cord. I did search through a lot of different chairs from other companies and for the price having a dual motor this seemed to be the best. Super easy assembly. Delivered within 2 weeks. Delivery man put it inside the door for me but that was it. Checked the contents of the box for damage and all was good.

The chair arrived in 1 week in good condition. It was easy to assemble and install the four 9v backup batteries (not included). The chair operates smoothly and you can put it in many different positions for personalized comfort. The included screw-in leveling sliders that are included are not appropriate for hardwood floors. They slip on the floor. With each use of the chair it slides closer and closer to the wall until it hits it when reclining. It would be nice if they included both sliders and non-slip feet for different applications. Also the cord on the remote needs to be longer. Hubby dropped it on the floor and was unable to retrieve it and was stuck in the fully reclined position until someone could pick it up for him. With his is previous chair, he could lay the cord across his lap, this one is so short that it won’t go that far.

Overall a good chair - sturdy, comfortable, smooth operation. Delivery was quick and easy. The feet do not go up high enough so if you are looking for feet to be elevated look elsewhere. The chair does go flat but that isn't really necessary as most people sleep in a semi reclined position. More important would be feet higher than heart. Disappointed about this but will keep it because of the return process hassle and it is great except for this.

If I had a way to return it I would! I got it for my elderly mother and it is not comfortable at all! Very hard I should have gotten the more expensive one at another store. At least I knew it was worth it
