I was so excited to own this lovely piece of furniture only to have the sticker on top saying remove me before starting rip the wood and make it look splintered I had to return it

I bought the unit as it started to get cold in our are however when temps dropped to the near single digets the unit was not able to keep a small room warm enough unless you were within about 24 inches from it

Smells terrible the odor coming off the thing is horrific I first I thought I was a UVC inside the unit then as I'm reading the instructions it says the odor is natural to stick it in your garage for a few hours I've owned many infrared heaters first one that smells this bad on top of that the sticker on top of it left complete residue and on the echo mode you can't go below 68 which doesn't make any freaking sense at all it's going back

Bought this same heater twice now, first time it started to shut off after five minutes after owning it for a year. Bought the same heater again and now have owned it for a year and it started making a loud pop noise when the heater kicks on, which is super concerning. I might attempt to see if Sam's will replace it, but this seems to be a pattern with this heater that issues begin a year after owning.

we have the older version of this model that we bought a couple of years ago and we loved it. so we bought this one thinking it would be the same as the old one or better but it's not the same it doesn't heat up the same and it doesn't blow very hard like the old does either. so we will be returning this one to Sam's.

I bought this heater and it had a huge white sticker on the top that said to remove. After working on trying to remove the sticker for 2 hours or more there was black glue all on the area the sticker was. When I called the company they told me to use my blow dryer which didn't fix the problem. I called them back and they told me to go to the hardware store and purchase a glue remover. I put the product they told me to get on the glue and it took the whole finish off. I ended up having to return it to Sam's Club and am out the money it cost me for the glue remover.

Bought 5 months ago. Worked great at first. Now, it just shuts off all the time despite it just having been turned on and chilly in the room. They won’t let us return it because it’s past 90 days. Pretty expensive heater to only get a few months out if it. Definitely do not recommend wasting your money on this heater.

I am a big fan of members mark products but this is not one of them. I will be returning with reasonings below. I read the past reviews of stickers peeling off finish and was careful to do so. It makes a lot of noise initially when warming up the infrared light heating element. Fine if once turned on but since the heating element fully turns on and off its alot of noise. The thermostat is not accurate. Compared to two thermometers and its off by around 4-5 degrees. Once temperature is met the unit will no longer circulate air which does not help when trying to maintain consistent temperature in a room. The indicator light showing temperature is very bright without ability to dim. The claimed UV sanitation feature is only two small LED lights which likely can not do anything for this level of air volume. Because of issues with maintaining accurate temperatures, noise, and brightness, I can't recommend this product.

It works fine. The fan is anoying and loud when it starts. A sticker on top says that's normal. The sticker also says to remove it before use but the industrial toxic glue makes that difficult, and strain came off the wood cabinet. Seriously, the toxic glue smell if you remove the sticker! This is the worst Members Mark purchase ever and Sam's Club should be embarased to put their name on it. I regret my purchase.

Product is of inferior quality. Using a starting point of 58 degrees, after 3 hours this thing can still only get my bedroom up to 62 and no more. A cheaper ceramic heater that I bought can get the room up to 67 under the exact same time and conditions. Heat output is poor, as is fan speed. It looks great, but it is little more than furniture. not worth the money if you actually need heat.
