heat that comes off is less than expected

Heats up entire room quickly and found it on sale.

I bought this three months ago and it warms the bedroom perfectly. I am so glad I purchased this item. It looks great and not like some of the other less visually appealing heaters.

It barely heats. I got it for a small room, 10x13, and it does not make enough heat to heat that tiny room. (Left it running for hours on high at 90°.)

Infrared heaters work faster and better than "toasters," even in larger, colder spaces -- if you can "aim" them. And these "Makers Mark" units were priced right compared to many others. We now own two of them.

I had an older model of this heater from about 8 years ago whose coils died. Replaced it with this one, and it makes a loud banging noise like something's been dropped? Does not seem normal.

Functionality is so poor that I was at first sure that it must be broken. It's quiet, which is nice. But I'd rather have a product that actually heats up my room.

Heats the room well. Love the fact that you can set a temperature. What I hate is the loud THUNK it makes when turning off,, like someone is kicking something metal. This is the reason I'll be returning it, sadly.

Bought in January, the heater started turning off occasionally here and there. By end of March it would keep turning off right after you turn it on. Returning it.

I returned this after it started burning at the plug. It also threw little heat. It is decent looking and quiet but virtually no help in heating. Was worried it would burn my house down.
