Packaged says smoked salmon but it is not smoked and requires to be cooked?

Half of these grill perfectly with a little blackening to top a salad, and the other half got a miso honey glaze the next day with rice. The quality has never disappointed.

I rarely eat farm raised salmon but tried this since it was thawed, lightly smoked, and I needed to something quick. Superb flavor, easy to cook with just light seasoning. I highly recommend
