I got this for my husband, but he doesn't want me to use it. It doesn't dissolve well in hot or warm coffee so this is a problem for him. It does okay in flavored oatmeal, however.

It does keep u regular. I buy this regularly. I used to order a generic brand and ordered benefiber because the generic was out of stock. TO ME the benefiber worked better in keeping me regular.

This a review on the massive price increase. One year ago this was $14.99 and on sale for $11.99. Jury is out on the effectiveness. At this price, I might as well go with Sam's Benefiber which is about the same price.
