We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, Kelly, as a lot of thought goes into creating features that we think you'll like. However, we certainly understand that preferences can vary from person to person, and we'll be sure to share your feedback with our team. We hope that you'll give another Tide version a try if you'd prefer a different scent. As well, it may be helpful to know that our Tide Free & Gentle is an unscented product.

We're sorry you feel this way. We can assure you that our Tide PODS™ have gone through many quality checks to ensure that you can get an effective clean with them. When it comes to dosing, we recommend using 1 for small/medium loads, 2 for large loads, and 3 for extra-large loads. We hope this is helpful. If you'd like any further assistance, please give us a call at (800) 879-8433 when you can.
