We are really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide PODS Laundry Detergent Pacs, Spring Meadow. It must upsetting that the product stained your clothing. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Improper dosing and placement of detergent can cause residue on fabrics, while oversized loads hinder detergent dissolution and water circulation. For high-efficiency machines, maintain specific fill levels based on the cycle: a hands gap for normal cycles, 60% for synthetics, and 40% for delicate and quick cycles. Low water pressure can also impact washing. Always follow dosing instructions and verify compatibility with newer machines, which may use less water. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 879-8433 so we can learn more about this situation and take care of you. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Tide.
