This isn't the experience we want you to have with our TIde PODS™ and we're sorry it happened to you. Our PODS™ are designed to completely dissolve in water. It may help to make sure to toss your PODS™ into the washing machine before you add any clothing to wash. Also try tossing it to the very back of the drum. Don't overload your machine or wash too many absorbent items in a single load, as that can cause competition for the water needed to dissolve and distribute the detergent. We’re sorry you had this experience, since our PODS™ are designed to dissolve completely and provide your items with a superior clean. We'd be happy to share some tips to ensure that they fully dissolve. We suggest making sure that not too many absorbent items are present, the load isn’t too large, and that you’re always placing the PODS™ in first, before your items. To remove those stains from your bedding, we recommend rinsing it under hot water (up to temperature permitted on care label). Wring it out and lay it flat, then apply rubbing alcohol or antibacterial hand gel (make sure it’s clear and contains alcohol) to the stain, covering the entire stain.
