This isn't the experience we want you to have with our TIde PODS™ and we're sorry it happened to you. Our PODS™ are designed to completely dissolve in water. It may help to make sure to toss your PODS™ into the washing machine before you add any clothing to wash. Also try tossing it to the very back of the drum. Don't overload your machine or wash too many absorbent items in a single load, as that can cause competition for the water needed to dissolve and distribute the detergent.
