We're sorry to hear you're having this experience with our PODS™. Please know we thoroughly test our products to ensure they dissolve with ease. As you may know, we recommend putting our PODS™ in before adding laundry. Also, we recommend making sure there's enough room to dissolve properly. To get the residue off of the laundry, soak the items over night. Then, re-wash the affected garments again in your washing machine with NO laundry detergent. Wash at the highest temperature permitted by the care label. We'd like to help, as well as share your experience with our Quality Team. We recommend using a washing machine cleaner monthly to help keep residues from causing odor problems that can contribute to the malodor you may occasionally experience.
