I tried the Cafe Moca flavor and it tastes amazing. It doesn't leave any after taste. It has a lot of vitamins and nutrients and 20g of protein. The nutrients for immune support are a bonus. The drink is very smooth and very thick. The flavor is out of this world! I enjoy drinking it very much. With 20g of protein, 15g of sugar and 28g of carbohydrates per 8 oz serving, it is perfect for a pre or post workout "boost". The shake tastes sweet and has that classic Nestle chocolate flavor with a hint of coffee in the background. This drink has some vitamins and minerals as well and goes down smooth. It is sweetened with glucose syrup, sugar and stevia extract.

This was a better consistency than I’m used to. I liked the chocolate coffee flavour of the one I tried. I would bring this to work for those days when I’m snacky all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boost is a good way to get protein as advised by my physician, my protein level were low that I needed to take 3 cans a day, this is a rich chocolate drink that doesn’t taste powdery or artificial, it’s really sweet tasting, it’s texture is thick. It’s packaged nicely not a tin can like it used to be, it can be effective when you need protein in your diet, I really like the way boost taste, packaged and the flavors they carry, I had the vanilla which is good too, it’s best when refrigerated, my next try will be the Cinnabon. The nutrients and nutritional value are on the package.

You will never know that you are taking in all healthy vitamins and minerals with this protein shake. I use this as a meal replacement while breastfeeding my little one. It is important that I make sure to take in all of the needed vitamins to keep my energy and to be able to supply the nutrients that are needed to supply per feeding. I high suggest using this protein shake. Even it ot is not to make certain you are getting the needed nutrients.....because it taste great!

Boost has a lot of nutrients our bodies need to keep us strong. I received the Chocolate Boost drink and it was very tasty, the texture was very similar to chocolate milk. It is easy to open and it doesn't have to be stored in the refrigerator until you want it chilled. I have only used 1 bottle so far, I will have to update on the effects but I'm looking forward to it!!!
