This eight fluid ounce bottle is a high protein drink with 20 g of protein 27 vitamins and minerals. The minerals included our biotin, phosphorus, iodine, magnesium, selenium , copper manganese, calcium, iron, potassium , chromium, and pantothenic acids. There is 100% daily allowance of vitamin C, vitamin E, and 60% of vitamin D, amongst other vitamins. It has a deep chocolate taste with just a little hint of chalkiness. I find when it is very cold. It’s less notice noticeable. One of the reasons I took a star away is that does have 11 g of added sugar. It is also sweetened with Stevia. I am not sure the purpose of both ingredients coinciding. The bottle is plastic and recyclable. Easy to open. Boost is gluten-free and as stated as suitable for lactose intolerance, but not for individuals with galactosemia. It’s really good if you freeze a cup of plain yogurt and blend the frozen yogurt with one bottle of boost. Makes a very good healthy milkshake like smoothie.

All told though, Boost High Protein drinks do taste great and could be a convenient way to get extra protein and nutrients if that's what you're looking for.

I purchased Boost High Protein Strawberry Bliss flavor because I loved the strawberry flavor of another brand. The Boost strawberry looks and tastes like vanilla--no strawberry flavor at all. I thought it was just a packaging error the first time, but several months later, it still looks and tastes like vanilla.

He hadn’t found one that he actually likes until he tried the High Protein Boost in chocolate. He said that it actually tasted good, not too sweet, and smooth texture without chalkiness. It makes such a difference when they actually WANT to drink it! I feel good about all of the nutrients and extra calories he is getting. The packaging keeps it sealed for freshness. Now I know that of all the nutritional drinks, High Protein Boost is the one we are going to stick with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying the Boost High Protein drinks. I chose the Cafe Mocha Flavor. I drank mine in the morning in place of my coffee. You can definitely taste the coffee flavor but it’s not overpowering. It was a lot better tasting than I had myself worried it would be and unlike a lot of protein drinks it wasn’t chalky at all. I love the amount of protein, carbs, calories etc is has. I find it to be the perfect amount for someone like myself. I will definitely be purchasing more Boost protein drinks in the future and actually have already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tasted the Cafe Mocha flavor Boost high protein drink. It does have a nice coffee taste and is high in protein. While it contains 27 vitamins and minerals within this drink, I wasn’t as happy to read the list of It’s top 5 ingredients: Water, Glucose Syrup, milk protein concentrate, sugar, vegetable oil. Two of their top 5 ingredients are sugar, which is why there are 15 grams of sugar in this drink and 240 total calories per bottle. When I drink a protein drink, I don’t necessarily need sugar in there to make it taste good. I wouldn’t recommend this drink, as there are other protein drinks I prefer better.

This drink has lots of vitamins and minerals that help you supplement your regular diet. The flavor is good and it has a smooth texture. It's easy to take with you if you are on the go, or drink at home. It tastes great when chilled.

I couldn't believe something this good could give you the extra little pop of energy and the taste was yummy, the Protein was the extra bonus. Will definitely get more , every flavor.
