After, about an hour later I drank half and gave my mother the other half as she is in need of protein. The taste was good and was easy to drink. The texture was smooth and my mother did not have a problem swallowing it either. Not sure if it works or not due to only receiving one bottle and sharing it. I will buy some for my mom to give it another try as she seemed to enjoy it.

This is not one of those believe me I even have my parents drinking them. And they don’t drink anything unless it have Vitamins and nutrients and taste great.

The chocolate flavor is so rich and creamy that by the time you have half the container empty your feeling full and the best part is no Griddy particles you can feel in your mouth after wards or nasty after tastes. This is my new go to meal replacement because I get the vitamins and nutrients I need to satisfy my hunger and hunger to lose weight!

I've tried protein drinks in the past and they usually come in chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. Drinking this out of the bottle, my first sense was an overload of minerals or a protein smell. It's hard to describe, but it was off-putting. Continuing to drink, I realized that the drink is smooth, and that the mocha flavor is just right. If you can get used to the smell of it at first, then I think you'll enjoy the mocha flavor as you get a great dose of protein for your day!

Boost is creamy and delicious and gives a healthy, nutritious dose of energy without the jittery feeling I get from energy drinks that are mostly caffeine and sugar. I should have bought more when it has instant savings of $6, these shakes are ridiculously expensive elsewhere, it's crazy. They are very good, just tastes like chocolate milk, if I had known they'd be so good I would have skipped the atkins shakes I bought just bought another one of these.

You will never know that you are taking in all healthy vitamins and minerals with this protein shake. I use this as a meal replacement while breastfeeding my little one. It is important that I make sure to take in all of the needed vitamins to keep my energy and to be able to supply the nutrients that are needed to supply per feeding. I high suggest using this protein shake. Even it ot is not to make certain you are getting the needed nutrients.....because it taste great!
