The boost that I tried years ago did not compare to his boost as they must have improved the flavor. On my shopping list this time around I have boost to buy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this product from boost and influencer for my honest review. This eight fluid ounce bottle is a high protein drink with 20 g of protein 27 vitamins and minerals. The minerals included our biotin, phosphorus, iodine, magnesium, selenium , copper manganese, calcium, iron, potassium , chromium, and pantothenic acids. There is 100% daily allowance of vitamin C, vitamin E, and 60% of vitamin D, amongst other vitamins. It has a deep chocolate taste with just a little hint of chalkiness. I find when it is very cold. It’s less notice noticeable. One of the reasons I took a star away is that does have 11 g of added sugar. It is also sweetened with Stevia. I am not sure the purpose of both ingredients coinciding. The bottle is plastic and recyclable. Easy to open. Boost is gluten-free and as stated as suitable for lactose intolerance, but not for individuals with galactosemia. It’s really good if you freeze a cup of plain yogurt and blend the frozen yogurt with one bottle of boost. Makes a very good healthy milkshake like smoothie.

It does have 20 grams of protein which is great for energy however, I personally just did not find it filling or satisfying. The vanilla flavor was slightly chalky and bland. I do like other products better on the market but it is okay. Nothing special but does the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a free bottle of Boost High Protein Drink in Very Vanilla, so I could give my feedback. It's got the two things I need the most- great flavor and high protein! With 20g of Protein, it's great as a meal replacement, or a snack in between meals. (I'm actually drinking it for lunch as I type this!) It's got 28 grams of carbs and only 15g of those are sugar. 240 total calories, which is pretty low cal if you're drinking it as a meal. I just am amazed at how good it tastes, though! Not chalky or odd-tasting at all, like the protein powders I've tried. I guess I'm going to have to put it on my shopping list and get me some more of it!

It has all the nutrients I need to have. I feel better since I've been drinking this. I highly recommend this. The price on these are reasonable and I will continue buying these!

I gave it 4 stars because I tasted the Cafe Mocha flavor and did not care at all for it but I dont like mocha in general so feel I would have really enjoyed a different flavor.

This has a super smooth mouth feel, very rich chocolate flavor and no aftertaste! I think I've found my new supplement drink!
