I use it in rice, to season chicken, pork, and fish. It is a workhorse in the seasoning department. Just awesome, and it imparts a nice color that comes from the annato seed.

I love this seasoning it's my go to first when I use seasoning you can use it by itself or with any other spices you choose. this deal is absolutely a good buy. one word of caution it will stain your skin but it's still worth it for the flavor you get
