It is not too hot but has a good kick. If you have never had honey on pizza this will be a treat for you. I did not care for it in hot tea but will continue to try it out on other things.

I don't want it on pizza, but to make a sauce with it for wings, that is a win. The spice level is one of those slow creeping burns, but it's not bad.
