You can't go wrong with the Mike's brand and it's the only hot honey I will ever use. Simple ingredients and the highest quality. You can you use it on/with just about anything. I was a bit of a honey snob because my family has a hive they harvest honey from each summer and it is so sweet and delicious. This hot honey really is so good! I am impressed. I have already had it on pizza, cajun corn, and hush puppies. It has the perfect spicy kick. Next I am going to try it on some grilled veggies.

I love making chicken, broccoli, and rice bowls with mango and coconut and then a big drizzle of hot honey.
