I would prefer it more in cooking. Is it the best hot honey I have had? No. But I am also spoiled with local fresh honey. It is definitely worth trying.

I can be sensitive to spicy food items so this is something I’ve always wanted to try but just never purchased. I was pleasantly surprised! It tastes like a delicious honey with a mild heat behind it. It’s very interesting and kind of hard to explain but it does add heat and spice but it’s not overbearing at all. I’ve used it on several different dishes and food items and it’s been a great addition to them all. And I also never experienced any problems from it being too hot or spicy. If you’re on the fence like I was go ahead and give it a try, hopefully you’ll be pleasantly surprised by it as well. I will definitely purchase in the future!

Then next I used it in a dish and the spice evened out. It wasn't spicy at all that way. Taste good definitely recommend for the spicy lovers.

Just enough heat to not send u running for a glass of milk. Come grocery shopping day I will be buying some chicken wings and trying this out on them but I can imagine its gonna be so good.
