I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there was a just a bit of heat that was pretty subtle. I could taste the honey which is not always the case with a spicy condiment where the heat dominates everything.

I used it with stir-fry, my meal was lacking some flavor, added the hot honey it was a nice compliment to the meal and gave it the flavor it needed. I would recommend.

I tried some on a spoon at first and it tasted like any other honey then all of a sudden the heat kicked in. It is not overwhelming at all but it does have a bite to it. So far I have put it on my oatmeal, grits, toast and tea and have been pleasantly surprised. I look forward to using it in my baking next. I give Nate's Hot Honey a big thumbs up.

I use normal honey on a daily basis and this is wonderful at kicking that up a notch. So far I have used it in my tea, on pizza, and drizzled over cornbread. It is the perfect combination of sweet and heat. Some mornings I will just have a spoonful of it to help get me going. I can't wait to try it on more things. Highly recommend!
