There are endless ways to add this hot honey to your food without being over powering with just heat cause the sweetness balance it all out.

The bottle is a pretty decent size, and a little bit goes a long way. The flavor is a perfect blend of sweet and heat. Other hot honeys I've tried tasted mostly like chili peppers with a little bit of sweetness. This one you can taste the honey and the spice without being overwhelmed by one or the other. I've tried this with pizza and with spicy impossible sausages, and it complemented both of them perfectly.
